Terms of Use for Business Partner Accounts

ParkEra may offer business partners access to user web accounts, such as the management extranet and other collaborative platforms ("ParkEra Services").

Persons with access to these user accounts, either through direct agreement with ParkEra or on behalf of a ParkEra business partner ("Central Account Agreement"), must comply with the following Terms of Use.

You agree that you will not and will not allow third parties to use ParkEra Services for purposes other than those agreed upon in the Central Account Agreement, and specifically:

  • You will not send unsolicited or unwanted advertising messages (spam) to users or customers
  • You will not make false statements, including concealing or misrepresenting your identity
  • You will not upload viruses, malicious software, or any other harmful code
  • You will not modify, disable, or bypass any security procedures or mechanisms applied to ParkEra systems
  • You will not destroy, disable, damage, and/or overload ParkEra systems
  • You will not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the software of any ParkEra functions
  • You will not copy, reproduce, or use ParkEra trademarks, logos, or other protected material without express written permission
  • You will not disclose, share, or resell any login credentials (username, password, etc.)
  • You will not provide access to third parties to ParkEra systems for commercial or any other purposes without express written consent from ParkEra
  • You will not use ParkEra Services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights, including posting content that infringes intellectual property rights

Any loss, leak, or misuse of login credentials must be reported immediately to: support@parkera.gr

Non-compliance with these Terms of Use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to ParkEra Services.

ParkEra reserves the right to take any legal action, including termination of the Central Account Agreement, in accordance with applicable law.
