Fee Policy

ParkEra operates as an intermediation platform between Owners and Drivers.
1. Platform Fee
For each successful booking, ParkEra charges a fee:
- Percentage: 15% of the final amount
- or
- Fixed amount per booking (as defined in the application)
The exact percentage is clearly displayed before confirming each booking.
2. Payout to Owner
Payouts are made:
- On a weekly or monthly basis
- Via bank transfer or electronic wallet
ParkEra is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.
3. Tax Obligations
The Owner:
- Bears exclusive responsibility for declaring their income
- Is obligated to comply with the applicable tax legislation
ParkEra does not provide tax advice.
