Cancellation & Refund Policy

These Terms govern the cancellation of bookings and refunds through the ParkEra platform.

1. Cancellation by Driver

The Driver may cancel a booking:

• Up to X hours before the start: full refund
• Less than X hours before: no refund

(The exact times are defined by ParkEra in the application.)

2. Cancellation by Owner

In case of cancellation by the Owner:

• The Driver receives a full refund
• ParkEra reserves the right to impose a penalty or temporarily deactivate the Owner's account

3. No-show

In case of no-show by the Driver:

• The booking is considered completed
• No refund is provided

4. Technical Issues

ParkEra is not liable for cancellations due to:

• Connection interruption
• Force majeure
• Temporary unavailability of the platform
